You can count on these hidden ingredients to contain added sugar:

👉 Any kind of syrup (ex. corn syrup, rice syrup)
👉 Any ingredient that ends in "ose" (ex. fructose, sucrose, maltose, dextrose)
👉 Any ingredient with "sugar" in the name (ex. raw sugar, cane sugar, confectionary sugar)
👉 Juice concentrates
👉 Honey, agave, or molasses
👉 Fruit nectars
